Will has over eight years of work experience in various fields of agriculture, including vertical farming, data analytics, operations, and entrepreneurship. He is passionate about using data to enable sustainable and innovative solutions for the agriculture industry.

Hannah holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge where she researched sustainable pathways for scaling up seaweed farming. She joins the seaweed sector after three years as an engineer at Boeing, bringing a diverse background in systems design and software.
