Will has over eight years of work experience in various fields of agriculture, including vertical farming, data analytics, operations, and entrepreneurship. He is passionate about using data to enable sustainable and innovative solutions for the agriculture industry.

Felix possesses a strong background in the seaweed sector having worked in farm operations before founding Rubisko. He brings deep technical expertise to the development of innovative solutions in emerging agriculture industries.

Hannah Gillespie
CTO
Hannah holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge where she researched sustainable pathways for scaling up seaweed farming. She joins the seaweed sector after three years as an engineer at Boeing, bringing a diverse background in systems design and software.
